The chemistry major offers courses in all of the traditional areas of chemistry such as biochemistry, analytical, inorganic, organic, physical and theoretical chemistry.  Additionally, the program provides students with opportunities to participate in research and/or engage in internships.  This majors prepares students for careers in research, industry, government, academic, and law, as well as graduate school.
