MATH 1019 - TECHNICAL SPEAKING IN MATHEMATICS Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is designed to teach oral presentation theories and techniques specific to situations involving mathematics. Content includes audience analysis, organization delivery, presenting mathematical material to non-expert and technical audiences, and the use of visuals. Computer software to give oral presentations will be used in some of the speeches. Students will be required not only to give excellent presentations but also to analyze their own and other presentations based on the theories learned in this course.
