BUS 1540 - ETHICS AND LEADERSHIP Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course examines the interactions between business and the larger social system in which it operates. The course takes a systems approach in examining the interface between business and society; the management of human resources as they relate to the quality of work life; managerial ethics; consumerism and ecology issues; the role of public policy in the managerial environment. In addition, some of the key issues affecting the contemporary manager will be explored.
