ECON 0231 - PUBLIC FINANCEMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Applies basic economic principles to determine the economic effects of government taxing and spending decisions. Develops the student's ability to analyze issues and recognize the value judgments that lie behind public policy debates.
