BUS 1545 - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course familiarizes students with the concepts of compensation management and employee benefits within the wider context of human resource management. The main components of compensation management are presented through: pay survey, job evaluation, and the design of pay structures.
