A beginning-level internship experience in which students provide technical expertise in economics to business, industry, government, or nonprofit organizations. Academic credits are proportioned on the basis of approximately 10 hours per week per term equal to 3 credits. Placements are arranged by the coordinator and supervised by a faculty member in economics. Students must write and present an extensive analysis of the internship experience.
