GEO 1110 - HYDRIC SOILS AND WETLANDSMinimum Credits: 4 Maximum Credits: 4 This course provides students with an in-depth study of hydric soils and wetland policy. Students will focus on how hydric soils are formed and how to recognize and interpret the information they provide when observed in the field. This course includes a field practicum conducting a wetland delineation that includes identifying hydrophytic vegetation, surface hydrology, and hydric soil conditions.
