MUSIC 0414 - THEORY AND EAR-TRAINING 2

This course is a continuation of the materials learned in Music 413. Students will learn advanced theory topics such as harmonic functions within a key, harmonic dictation and beginning part-writing. Skills will be practiced through writing and aural recognition. Students are expected to be proficient at reading both bass and treble clef for this course. Course Requirements: PREREQ Music 413 OR satisfactory score on diagnostic exam (contact music department for more information)
