ENGR 1103 - ENGINEERING ECONOMICSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course involves the integration of engineering and business decision making. It emphasizes analytical investment decision methodologies as they relate to engineering management decisions. It focuses on basic capital project evaluation techniques to include: interest calculations, present and annual worth comparisons, rate of returns, depreciation, income taxes, benefit/cost ratio analysis, replacement analysis, bonds, breakeven analysis and cash flows before and after taxes.
