SOC 0221 - SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This is an introductory course in sociological social psychology. The emphasis is on such sociological concepts and processes as: culture and society, language, role playing, definition of the situation, presentation of self, expressed values and opinions, and the performance of role(s). The social order is conceived as being composed of three integrated, interactive components: culture, society, and the individual.
