PS 1245 - ENVIRONMENTAL POLITICS & POLICYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course studies the politics surrounding U.S. Environ mental policies. The history of those policies is examined, as is the role of the president, Congress, courts, and interest groups in the policymaking process. Current issues such as air and water pollution, hazard waste disposal, energy production, and land use policies are addressed.
